Task: During COVID, many instructors needed a fast solution to move their content online. Although not the best solution for online learning, it was where we started, as the pressure increased to continue studies during COVID. This is one of a series of support videos I created for this purpose.
Task: I delivered a series of iPad, camera and technology workshops. This involved the creation of of the program, one-page handouts, "job aids", videos for follow-up guidance and, of course, the delivery of the workshop.
Task: This video was an introductory guide to prototyping for a tech camp. It involved scripting, narrating, illustrating and post-production of a number of videos for each week of the camp.
Task: Create a tutorial for instructors to reference when establishing their student checklists and completion settings. As the LMS administrator at the time, I created a series of videos/webpages to support the use of the system.
Task: Being the instructor for a course on "The Science of Everyday Life" affords many opportunities to present my students with genuine "cool science" in a casual, accessible format.
Task: I was responsible for the scripting, filming, lighting and post-production of a series of e-workshop videos for a Science Centre.
Task: This video guide was played by camp counselors as part of a video workshop. I was in charge of the direction of the multimedia camps, the creation of learning assets and training of the staff.
Task: I created a 1-hour course on the basics of Astronomical Navigation for non-navigators. This is one of the guided videos that was in the course. It was hosted in an LMS and linked to learning activities and assessments.
